"Kids seem to pay attention for the most part"
Most of the kids do seem to engage with it, which is great, but I’ve noticed a few just click through everything really fast. Maybe that’s normal? I’m just not sure if they’re actually taking it in or just trying to finish quickly...

"I’ve been using it to manage my assignments..."
I’ve been using it to manage my assignments, it makes things easy to keep track of. I don’t feel like I’m digging around trying to remember what’s due next, which is nice because my brain already has enough random stuff going on, like remembering whether I left laundry in the washer. Overall, it does what I need and keeps assignments organized without making it complicated.

"LMS sync feels hit or miss"
It technically works, but the sync can lag more than I’d like. What’s been extra frustrating is getting inconsistent answers when trying to figure out what’s going on, one person says it should update right away, another says to wait, and then it still doesn’t line up. Not a total dealbreaker, but definitely annoying

"Good value for what I use it for"
For the price, Edpuzzle has been a solid fit for me. I mostly use it for assigning videos and seeing who actually watched them, which saves me a decent amount of time. I’ve also found the free features more useful than expected. When I had a question, support basically replied along the lines of, “Here’s how to set it up,” and pointed me in the right direction quickly.

"Overall, I’ve found the video library useful..."
Overall, I’ve found the video library useful. I can usually find what I’m looking for without too much digging, which is nice. Some of the videos are really solid and easy to follow, but then others feel kind of old or not explained as clearly. It works fine for the most part, I just wish the quality was a bit more consistent across the board.

"I like edpuzzle when it actually works the..."
I like edpuzzle when it actually works the way it should. It’s helpful for assigning videos and checking student understanding, and I can see why a lot of teachers use it. But for my own classroom, I have a high standard for tools I’m relying on during a lesson, and the random glitches make it hard to fully trust. Sometimes videos freeze, assignments don’t seem to save correctly, or students tell me they got kicked out. It doesn’t happen every single day, but it happens enough that it can throw off my plans. I’d feel a lot better using it regularly if it were more stable.

"The auto grading definitely saves me..."
The auto grading definitely saves me a good amount of time, which I really appreciate. But the analytics feel a little messy sometimes, and I find myself clicking around more than I expected just to figure out what I’m looking at. Maybe I’m missing something, but I’d be curious if other people are having the same experience.

Edpuzzle was simple once I actually tried it out. Adding questions to videos wasn’t hard, though it was kinda slow at times. Overall, it works well for my class stuff

"Frustrating for School Videos"
I tried using this for school videos, but it keeps pausing way too much. Just when I think it’s finally going to work smoothly, something changes or stops again, like the goalposts keep moving. It gets really annoying when I’m just trying to watch and get my work done.

"Quizzes kept messing up my plans"
I get what edpuzzle is trying to do with the interactive quizzes, but they just annoyed me more than they helped. The video would pause at the weirdest times, and then I’d completely lose track of what was going on.
What really got on my nerves was trying to fix an answer or go back after getting something wrong. It felt clunky, and a couple times it seemed like my answers didn’t save right away, so I was sitting there wondering if I had to redo it. I had planned to just finish the lesson quickly and move on with my day, but nope, that plan got ruined fast.

It made everything take way longer than it needed to. I understand the point of checking if students are paying attention, but the quiz feature made the whole experience feel like a chore instead of something useful...

"I’ve been using Edpuzzle with my students, and..."
I’ve been using Edpuzzle with my students, and privacy was definitely something I thought about before getting started. So far, it’s been a smooth experience. The settings are straightforward, and I don’t feel like student information is being tossed around or hard to control. Nothing has seemed sketchy or confusing, which makes me feel a lot better about using it for schoolwork. Overall, I feel comfortable using it in my classroom.

"Quick help when I needed it"
I was having trouble with my Edpuzzle account because one of my classes wasn’t showing up the way it should. I reached out to support and got a reply faster than I expected. The person helping me was friendly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. They got it fixed the same day, which was a huge relief since I needed it for class. Definitely makes me feel good about continuing to use Edpuzzle

"edpuzzle gets the job done if you just..."
edpuzzle gets the job done if you just need to add questions to a video or trim out a few parts. It’s not terrible, and I can usually do what I need for class videos, so there’s that.
That said, the editing tools feel limited, which is fun if you enjoy taking extra steps for simple fixes. Moving things around or correcting small mistakes can be more annoying than it should be, and it would be nice if the controls felt a little more like, you know, a normal video editor.
